SANGRIA SLUSHIES

This slushie is no watered down cocktail, in fact you won’t need any ice at all to make this deliciously icy drink.

– white wine – peach schnapps peach liqueur – peach vodka – fresh peaches – agave nectar – Garnish with fresh peach wedges raspberries and green grapes

INGREDIENTS

Combine wine, peach liqueur and peach vodka in a 9×13 inch pan and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.

STEP 1

Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil and make x’s in the bottoms of each of the peaches.

STEP 2

Fill a bowl with ice water and plunge the peaches into the cold water and let stand for 2-3 mins.

STEP 3

Remove the peels from the peaches with a pairing knife, then halve and remove the pits.

STEP 4

Place the frozen peaches and frozen wine mixture (it won’t be fully frozen because of the alcohol content) into a blender with the agave syrup.

STEP 5

Blend until slushy and pour into glasses, garnish and serve.
