– old-fashioned oats  – peanut butter – honey – fresh blueberries – nonfat milk – blueberry preserves – berries

STEP 1

Add the oats to a mason jar (with lid) or any small bowl or jar.

STEP 2

Add the peanut butter, honey, blueberries and milk to the oats.

STEP 3

Add the preserves and give it a gentle stir.

STEP 4

Top with additional berries and serve.
