Ingredients
  • 1 750 ml bottle white wine
  • 1/2 cup peach schnapps peach liqueur
  • 3/4 cup peach vodka
  • 1 lb fresh peaches
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • Garnish with fresh peach wedges raspberries and green grapes
Instructions
  1. Combine wine, peach liqueur and peach vodka in a 9x13 inch pan and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
  2. Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil and make x's in the bottoms of each of the peaches. Place into the boiling water and boil for 2 mins.
  3. Fill a bowl with ice water and plunge the peaches into the cold water and let stand for 2-3 mins.
  4. Remove the peels from the peaches with a pairing knife, then halve and remove the pits. Slice into wedges and lay on a plastic wrap lined cookie sheet and freeze.
  5. Place the frozen peaches and frozen wine mixture (it won't be fully frozen because of the alcohol content) into a blender with the agave syrup.
  6. Blend until slushy and pour into glasses, garnish and serve.
Recipe Notes
  • This recipe is all about planning ahead! You can freeze your peach slices and wine mixture up to a week in advance.
  • Peaches are notoriously a pain to peel, but a quick dunk in boiling water makes it a cinch.
  • If you have really ripe and sweet peaches you may want to reduce the amount of agave. Start with just half, taste, and adjust.
  • If you can't find peach vodka, regular vodka may be substituted.
