Smoked Salmon with Everything Bagel and a Cream Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS

Everything Bagel Seasoning: - Sesame seeds - Poppy seeds - Dried onion flakes - Dried minced garlic - Sea salt Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Spread: - Cream cheese - Smoked salmon - Horseradish - Grated lemon zest

Everything Bagel Seasoning: Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.

Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Spread: Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Process just until combined.

Scrape salmon spread onto a large sheet of plastic wrap, cover and form into a ball. Refrigerate until set, about 30 mins to an hour.
