The Best Pumpkin Bread

INGREDIENTS

- Sugar - Light brown sugar - Unsalted butter - Eggs - Buttermilk - Pumpkin puree - AP flour - Baking powder - Baking soda - Kosher salt - Cinnamon - Ginger - Nutmeg - Cloves - Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x5x3 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream butter and both sugars with an electric mixer on med/high speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Whisk together the pumpkin puree and buttermilk in a small bowl.

Add the pumpkin mixture to butter/sugar mixture and beat on medium speed until just combined, about 1 minute.
