Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats

Have a delicious and healthy breakfast ready and waiting for you when you wake up with these creamy, sweet and salty peanut butter and jelly overnight oats!

These overnight oats are delicious right out of the frig with an extra handful of berries sprinkled over the top, but you can also gently heat them if you prefer warm oatmeal.

INGREDIENTS

- Old-fashioned oats - Peanut butter - Honey - Blueberries - Nonfat milk - Blueberry - Berries

Add the oats to a mason jar (with lid) or any small bowl or jar.

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the peanut butter, honey, blueberries and milk to the oats. Give it a stir and be sure the oats are fully submerged.

Add the preserves and give it a gentle stir. Cover tightly and place in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 6 hours).

Top with additional berries and serve. If you prefer warm oats, heat gently in the micorwave or on the stove until warmed through.
