Mushroom Goat Cheese Frittata

– unsalted butter – onion – crimini – garlic – eggs – half and half – fresh chives – fresh thyme – kosher salt – black pepper – goat cheese

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Melt the butter in a 10-inch oven proof skillet (preferably cast iron) over medium heat.
