Mediterranean Mezze Platter with Rosemary Garlic Grilled Lamb

Sometimes more is more like when you’re pulling out all the stops on a colorful and delicious Mediterranean mezze platter.

INGREDIENTS

- Grilled lamb, thinly sliced - Wheat pita breads - English cucumber - Cherry tomatoes - Oil cured olives - Cherry peppers - Marinated feta cheese - Kasseri cheese - Hummus swipe up to check all the ingredients!

1. Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and whisk.

2. Add the lamb to the mariande and be sure it is fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

3. After the lamb has marinated, heat a grill to med/high heat. 

4. Grill the lamb for about 5 mins total, flipping once, for medium rare (internal temperature of 125 degrees F).

Mediterranean Mezze Platter Arrange all of the ingredients on large board or platter clustering items together and placing the dips into small bowls. Serve family style.
