Grilled Marinated Flank Steak

Juicy grilled marinated flank steak is an easy and versatile dish that is perfect for sharing.

This flank steak marinade is pantry-friendly and easily whisked together with ingredients you likely have on hand.

INGREDIENTS

- Garlic - Italian seasoning - Sugar - Red wine vinegar - Soy sauce - Worcestershire sauce - Red pepper flakes - Extra-virgin olive oil - Kosher salt - Black pepper - Flank steak

Combine all ingredients for marinade in a bowl and whisk well to combine. Place flank steak in a large zip lock bag and pour marinade over steak.

Seal bag and turn several times until steak is well coated. Refrigerate flank steak a minimum of three hours or overnight.

Remove the flank steak from marinade and season liberally on both sides with salt and pepper. Grill over high heat for about 5 minutes per side.

Rest the steak, covered with foil, for at least five minutes to allow the juices to redistribute before slicing.
