Italian Grazing Board with Roasted Tomatoes

Sometimes food just tastes better heaped in eye-catching mounds like in this Italian grazing board with roasted tomatoes.

INGREDIENTS

- Mozzarella or bocconcini - Parmesan chunks - Marinated artichokes - Marinated olives - Marinated beans - Cherry peppers - Pepperoncini - Prosciutto - salami swipe up to check all ingredients

1. Halve cherry tomatoes and chop the garlic.

2. Arrange the tomato halves, cut side up, on a parchment lined sheet and top with remaining ingredients.

3. Roast at 400 degrees F for about 30 mins until soft and jammy.

4. Serve in a bowl warm or at room temperature with the tomato oil for drizzling.
