Buttery Pastry Crust:
- All purpose flour
- Sugar
- Kosher salt
- Unsalted butter
- Shortening
- Ice water
Brown Sugar Filling:
- Light brown sugar
- Dark brown sugar
- Cinnamon
- Kosher salt
- Cornstarch
The dough should not be completely blended, it will come together on the counter. Scrape dough onto the counter, divide it in two & form into two flat discs.
