Grilled Steak Caesar Salad

It’s funny, chicken and salmon usually get all the love when it comes to caesar salads, but a juicy sliced ribeye may be my new favorite.

INGREDIENTS

- Grilled steak, rested and thinly sliced - Romaine lettuce - Extra virgin olive oil - Baguette or french roll - Parmesan cheese

1. Whisk together all the ingredients for the caesar dressing except the oil.

2. Whisk in the oil in a slow, steady stream until emulsified.

3. Halve the heads of Romaine, brush with oil and season.

4. Grill until softened and slightly charred.

5. Brush the steak with oil and season generously.

6. Place pan over medium heat and add apples and cook until browned, about 10 mins.

7. Grill until desired temperature.
