- Citterio Cubetti Pancetta
- Virgin olive oil
- Ciabatta bread
- English cucumber
- Mozzarella perlini
- Fresh basil
- Fresh chives
- Vinaigrette dressing

1. Gather ingredients.
2. Saute pancetta until crisp, remove to drain but leave the drippings in the pan.

3. Toss the tomatoes with salt and let stand while you toast the bread.
