Everything Bagel Salmon with Tomato Cucumber Salad

We’re bringing brunch to dinner with this everything bagel salmon with tomato cucumber salad that tastes just like your favorite bagel with all the fixings (minus the bagel!).

INGREDIENTS

- Salmon - Buttermilk - Wondra flour - Everything bagel spice Tomato Cucumber Salad: - Cherry tomatoes - Seedless cucumber - Small red onion - Capers - Lemon - Extra virgin olive oil - Kosher salt & pepper

Lined Circle

Marinate the salmon in the buttermilk for 30 mins. Pat the excess buttermilk off with a paper towel before dredging.

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the flour and everything bagel spice in a shallow dish. Dredge the salmon in the coating and set aside.

Coat the bottom of a non stick pan with olive oil and heat until hot, but not smoking. Add the salmon and sauté on each side about 2-3 mins.

Adjust the heat if necessary to prevent the salmon from burning. Remove the salmon to a rack or paper towel lined plate.
