– unsalted butter – extra virgin olive oil – garlic – uncooked shrimp – kosher salt – freshly ground black pepper – red pepper flakes – dry white wine – lemon – reserved pasta water – parsley – parmesan cheese – spaghetti or linguine
Gather ingredients including pasta, shrimp, garlic, butter, herbs and lemon.
Saute minced garlic in olive oil.
Add the shrimp to the garlic and oil.
Saute until shrimp is just pink.
Add the wine, lemon juice and pasta water.
Swirl in the butter.
Add the herbs.
Add the pasta and toss in the shrimp. Serve!
