Buttery Pie Crust:
- AP flour
- Sugar
- Kosher salt
- Unsalted butter
- Ice water
Caramel Sauce:
- Light brown sugar
- Half and half
- Vanilla extract
- Kosher salt
For the Pie:
- Apples
- Half and half
The dough should not be completely blended, it will come together on the counter. Scrape dough onto the counter, divide it in two and form into two flat discs.
