Cocktails, nachos and tacos oh my!
I am positively obsessed with Mexican cuisine and no better time to partake than on Cinco de Mayo. Of course we’re going to kick start it with festive cocktail. So pour yourself a mango shrub and then dig into these overloaded skillet nachos. Keep the party going with fish tacos and make-ahead pork carnitas. Finish it with mini cinnamon donuts dipped in chocolate sauce (a little spin on churros y chocolate). ¡Salud!
